BLK WKS Studios Rorschach Sumatra

Price range: $7.99 through $8.99

Same name. A different conversation entirely.

The Rorschach Sumatra is lighter, smoother, and built to be consistent from year to year — a departure from the ever-shifting original. James Brown crafted this one around the delicate character of Jalapa valley tobacco, wrapping it in an Indonesian Sumatra leaf that brings softness and a natural, understated sweetness to every draw. Cedar, cinnamon, mild pepper, long creamy finish. This is the one you reach for in the morning.

Available in two vitolas — sold as singles.

Description

The BLK WKS Rorschach Sumatra is the kind you settle into.

It was born as an extension of the original Rorschach — one of the founding cigars of the BLK WKS lineup when James and Angela Brown launched the brand in 2015. But where the original is a moving target, blended differently with every batch, the Sumatra was designed to be a constant. A core line cigar you can come back to and know exactly what you’re getting into.

“The original Rorschach is definitely a big cigar in a small package. The new Sumatran version is a lighter profile highlighting Jalapa tobacco. Layers of soft cedar, cinnamon and mild pepper create a complex profile with a long creamy finish,” – James Brown, creator of BLTC/BLK WKS and partner at Fabrica Oveja Negra.
