Chogüí debuted in 2014 but disappeared roughly four years ago. Victor Nicolás, the company’s founder, says “that was due to both FDA regulations, as well as the choice to focus on other “work-related opportunities.” The return of Chogüí is in part to their working partnership with Venture 1492, a distribution and brand consulting company owned by Kyle Gellis of Warped Cigars.

Dos 77 Corojo has a Dominican Sungrown Corojo wrapper with a Dominican binder  and Dominican piloto mejorado (medio tiempo priming) fillers. It is an all around smooth, but complex cigar with citrus, cedar, and spice notes along with a few surprises along the way.
