Cruzado (“Crossed” in Spanish) was first released in 2008, differing from the Original Documents line by primarily using the Criollo Rosado leaf over a blend of Nicaraguan tobaccos, rather than the corojo rosado wrapper featured in the majority of the Original Documents series.

A blend dominant with Criollo ’98 tobaccos complimented with one component of Corojo 2006. The blend exhibits a rich aroma in the air. The flavor profile is palate-forward with hints of leather, coffee and winter spices.
