Shishito peppers made their debut as part of the ongoing Pepper Series from Viaje in 2024.

The company was quoted in regards to the release ” Shishitos are mostly a mild chili pepper with a sweet and slightly smokey flavor, but every now and then, a particular pepper can pack some heat.”

Smooth on the front end with some lingering spice on the back end, Shishito are welcome addition to one of Viaje’s longest running series
