Originally released as a exclusive release for the 2021 PCA Trade Show, in 2022, Crowned Heads annouced Le Pâtissier as four vitola, regular production, core line

The name Pâtissier translates to ‘pastry chef,’ and the blend was inspired by the Crowned Heads brand, Le Carême, which took its inspiration from the French chef Marie-Antoine Carême.
